circulation, and relieve muscle tension. We will focus on what you need to reduce built up stress from your day-

to-day life.

A medium pressure treatment that will include a mix of different modalities such as massage,

acupressure, cupping, and essential oils. A well-rounded and relaxing session with some focus on

problem areas.

This is a firm pressure and slow stroke massage. It is designed to focus on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). It will increase circulation, tissue elasticity and muscle flexibility. This is a

focused approach to support recovery.

This treatment is designated to those specific locations of the body. It is a great way to alleviate headaches and reduce light migraines. Its also the perfect way to take a break in your busy day, take a moment to focus on yourself and just breathe.
