Due to a recent increase of no-shows, late arrivals and last minute rescheduled appointments we have changed our policies.
Cancellations and re-scheduled appointments are subject to be fully charged if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. While we do understand emergencies and TRUE illness, outside these reasons we make no exceptions. This is necessary because of the time commitment made by you (and us). The time reserved for your services is held exclusively for you. When you do not show up or when you cancel an appointment without notice, we lose that revenue and another client loses out on that time slot. If you are late for an appointment, we may not be able to do the full services desired or may need you to reschedule your entire appointment to insure we are not late for our next client. If that happens we will still be charging the full price for the service scheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
